Enquiries and order confirmation
Sending a WhatsApp, phone, or Instagram enquiry does not itself confirm an order. An order is confirmed only after the bakery has agreed to the details, price, timing, and any applicable advance payment arrangements.
Custom products
Custom designs depend on feasibility, ingredient availability, and sufficient notice. Reference images are inspiration and an exact replica may not always be possible.
